ZealiD vs SuiteFiles
SuiteFiles turns your own Microsoft 365 into a document management system, with a client portal and unlimited signing on its Super Suite plan. Trust Circle is built for regulated firms that need to know who each client is, and to sign with a qualified signature. Here is how they compare.
In short
SuiteFiles wins if your firm lives in Microsoft 365.Your files stay in your firm's own Microsoft 365, and SuiteFiles adds Outlook filing, Xero integration and PDF tools.

Where they really differ
A login, or a verified person
SuiteFiles clients log in to Connect with Xero, Google or a Connect account. That shows they control an account. It doesn't show who they are. In Trust Circle, every client verifies once in the ZealiD app with an ID document and a face check. It stays valid for two years, with no fee per check, and your client doesn't pay either.
Files in your tenant, or a client space in Stockholm
With SuiteFiles, your files stay in your own Microsoft 365, which suits firms that want them there. Trust Circle keeps shared client files in Stockholm, EU, in a space per client or matter. Deleted files can be restored for 30 days, and Owners and Admins can open every circle in the firm.
Holm Advisory
Ask what level your clients sign at
SuiteFiles calls its signatures "legally binding" and doesn't publish the level. Ask them two things: is it a simple, advanced or qualified signature, and who issues the certificate? Then look the provider up on the EU Trusted List. ZealiD AB is listed in Sweden as a qualified trust service provider.
